Ms Petya studied Early Years Education and Reception Year at UNISA (University of South Africa). She has taught children aged 3 to 6 for the past 20 years, most of that time in South Africa. After returning to Sofia, she taught at the British School of Sofia before joining ICCC in September 2021.
Ms Petya is trained in Jolly Phonics, Thinking-Based Learning and Suggestopedia, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. In 2025, she became Head Teacher, taking a leading role in the training and professional development of our teaching team.
With her expertise, warmth and infectious sense of humour, Ms Petya brings positive energy and plenty of laughter to her classroom.
