Fees 2025-26

ICCC is open for applications for School Year 2025/26 (September 2025 – June 2026). 

We accept children between the ages 20 months and 6 years at the start of the school year. It is possible to start at any point in the year if places are available. We accept children on a first come, first served basis, although priority is given to children who already have siblings at ICCC and to children from international families.

Attendance

5 full days or 5 mornings a week (option for 2-year olds (Little Ladybirds) and 3 year olds (Big Busy Bees).

We are open throughout the year except for public holidays and two short vacations in winter and the summer. Check out our school year calendar.

Membership fee

We charge an annual membership fee  which is compulsory for members for the school year period, and optional fee for the Summer Program. Payment can be made in three or four installments (to include the summer fee), equally spread throughout the year. A one off joining fee is paid upon becoming a member of ICCC.

Before you complete the application form we recommend organizing a visit to meet staff and discuss your needs and expectations. If you cannot visit, please contact us by email at office@iccf-bg.com or ring +359 879 403677 for any questions you have.

    ICCC Membership is annual and is paid in full for the school year in attendance (September – June). Attendance in July and August is optional. When a child joins after the start of the school year the fee is calculated proportionally. There is no discount for longer absences for holidays or other reasons.

    ICCC is open 12 months a year between the hours of 8.00a.m. to 18.00p.m.. While all care and attention will be given to safeguard the children during these hours, the Center will not be responsible for any injury caused beyond the control of staff. No responsibility will be taken outside working hours.

    ICCC admits children based on space availability and age. Priority is given to siblings, English native speakers and expat families.

    Step 3

    We will be in touch shortly to confirm availability and send you our Parent Agreement and request payment for the joining fee and the first installment of the membership fee.

    Step 4

    Before your starting date we request several forms which you can download and complete below. The medical procedures and documents required by the Bulgarian authorities are also explained in detail in the link below.

    School Bus

    ICCC runs a school bus to help families with the transportation of children. The school bus journey is maximum 45 min. in one direction. To ensure everyone’s safety, children are accompanied by a bus supervisor. The bus is equipped with age appropriate child seats.
